I'm a husband and father of two, living in the beautiful desert of southern New Mexico. I'm a systems analyst at the ever changing New Mexico State University which can be a daunting, but enjoyable task. I enjoy the outdoors, hunting, camping, hiking (when it's not blazing hot), photography, technology, and of course computers.
I still have backups for all my previous blog posts which are more for me than anyone else. But I still need a spot to keep news and family pictures for others to see.
Posterous is great. I can password protect areas if so desired, I can post pictures, text, and video almost instantly from my phone, iPad or Mac, as well as connecting easily to my other social outlets like Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, YouTube, etc. as can Jen and soon even Sean (who is completely fascinated with his disconnected iPhone 3G, he takes about 1 great picture out of 10 but hey, he's only 3).
So this site will definitely be updated a LOT. You won't have to look for a gallery, the photos/videos/text or audio will post directly on the stream. So if you use Posterous, subscribe, if you're a Facebook friend of me (and soon Jen) or a Twitter follower of me you'll get updates of new posts from here and will be able to view the content in those streams or you can check out http://azbay.net to get here as well!
